How long will it take to receive my order?
All products purchased online are distributed directly from New Zealand and orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours. However, due to seasonal high demand for some of our top selling products there are times when customer orders are placed on back-order. PLEASE NOTE that if you place an order and it is on back-order we DO NOT charge your credit card until the product is back in stock and ready to be dispatched.
You no longer sell the product that I want to buy, what can I do?
We are unable to stock products that are discontinued by our supplier or do not meet strict New Zealand customs importation requirements. You may try contacting the product manufacturer directly.

Customers have a choice of standard New Zealand post or CourierPost with track and trace. We recommend that customers select CourierPost delivery, as this is a prompt service with a track and trace consignment number. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee delivery for orders sent via the standard New Zealand postal service.
Can customers outside of New Zealand order products from your online adult shop?
